Couple of hours free on a Saturday afternoon and large eclectic collection of records, what to play?
1st – Radiohead – Ok Computer
You cant go wrong with such an iconic gamechanger of an album, generally an album I begin with and then decide where to go next.
2nd – Fink – Perfect Darkness
Always time for Fink and this album is a great mood setter, it is easy to jump to Hard Believer and any album after that, Resurgam or Sunday Night Blues for example but I do like this slightly earlier album.
3rd – Interpol – Marauder
To be honest any Interpol sits well and I like to rotate them all each listen. All great albums with some favourite tracks scattered across all of them so it’s hard to pick, easy play them all.
4th – Pixies – Head Carrier
Same as Interpol, I have my favourite songs and they are scattered across all from this, to Doolittle to Bossanova to Surfer Rosa to Doggeral. Pixies would have tracks in my favourite Top 10 songs. I like to rotate the albums with no preference.
