Before the days out I need to give kudos to a favourite album of the latter 90s. Released on the 5th of September 1995, Jollification is one of those perfect albums that can just lift your spirits no matter what. Id been a fan since ‘The Life of Riley’ was released in 1992 and this just continued my love of this band, I know ‘Pure’ was released in 1989 but it initially passed my youth by. Lucky to have seen them a few times over the years most recently last week and of course looking forward to the tour later this year.

Jollification is the bands third album. All the songs were written by Ian Broudie, with contributions on a tracks from Alison Moyet, Ian McNabb and Terry Hall, nothing needs to be said about that,
